Shipping & Delivery
1. Shipping methods
We ship with Bring and PostNord. At checkout you select your preferred delivery method, and the shipping cost is calculated based on weight and delivery address.
2. Delivery time
Normal delivery time is 1–4 business days in Norway. To Svalbard and outlying islands it may take a little longer. We dispatch orders on weekdays; orders placed after 2 pm are sent the following business day.
3. Free shipping
Dano (Staging) offers free shipping on orders above a certain threshold. The current threshold is shown at checkout.
4. Tracked delivery
You will receive a tracking link by email as soon as the parcel is registered as dispatched. If you have not received tracking information within 2 business days, please contact us.
5. Damage and mis-shipments
If the parcel is damaged on arrival or you have received the wrong item, contact us within 7 days with photos. We will arrange a swift resolution.
