When will I receive my package?

Most of our items are pre-order. They ship in about 8 weeks. You will receive an email and SMS as soon as the package is on its way, with a tracking link.

Shipping costs 79 kr. Orders over 1 500 kr qualify for free shipping.

Can I cancel my purchase?

Yes! You have 30 days open purchase and free returns. Return the item in its original packaging and you will get a full refund.

How do I return an item?

Log in to My Account, select the order and click "Return". You will receive a return label by email. Drop off the package at the nearest pickup point.

Card or Vipps payments are reserved immediately, but charged when the item ships. With Klarna you pay after receiving the item.

Yes. Everything we sell is officially licensed original products, directly from the manufacturer.

Yes, until the item is shipped. Contact us via chat or email with your order number and we will sort it out.
