1. Open return policy

30-day open returns from when you receive the item. The item must be returned in the same condition as received, with all original packaging intact.

2. Complaint

In the event of defects, you have the right to complain under consumer purchase law for up to 5 years. Contact us with photos of the damage and we will handle the matter within 14 days.

3. Refund

Refunds are made to the original payment method within 3–5 business days after the return has been received and inspected.
